We booked 2 trips through Ada Vegas after reading several Trip Advisor reviews. I am very happy we did that. The pick-up was on time, everything was according to the description on the website. The guides were professional and friendly.
Just be sure to call the agency from the hotel to find out your departure time because it is not written on the booking vouchers. I would work with them again.
