Full Luxury cave hotel;
I have worked in hotels for 30+ years. I have seen & stayed in just about every type accommodation you can imagine, the finest hotels around to, um, not so nice, including what the Army provided.
Just the other day we were reminiscing about our trip & ranking all the hotel where we have ever stayed. The Museum Hotel is off the chart, there is no number two. The accommodations unique, the view of the valley & area from the hotel wonderful, the breakfast buffet excellent, hotel its self is amazing. Viewing the lobby is easily the better part of a day on is own. The surrounding area rich with treasures. The little convenience store a few blocks away, the balloon ride, the area where until recently people lived in the elaborately carved-out homes & churches in the hills, before they collapsed, the spice shop in Urgup! We bought a lovely rug & got a nice deal, at a friendly, nearby merchant. Our travel guide Youssef of Blue Ocean travel selected this for us, & we loved it & him!
We met the owner, what an interesting and pleasant man. The lovely woman at the breakfast buffet took great care of us, paying special attention to my ‘Bread Habit’. All in all remarkable!! Yes, it’s rustic, but that a huge part of its charm. Traveling is an adventure! When can I go again?
Everyone else should just go to a Marriott or a Hyatt. They probably wouldn’t be happy with a Westin or Hilton. Your standards are out of ‘whack’.

Unique Cave hotel, Cappadocia;
The Museum Hotel is truly a museum in such a stunning setting. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Each room is unique and the views are amazing. The restaurant is also fantastic, as is the food. I’d love to go back in the warmer months and enjoy the beautiful pool. Go, you will be so glad you did!

Amazing cave hotel in Cappadocia;

My wife and I recently spent two nights at this hotel and really loved everything about it. Right from the check in till we checked out, we encountered service friendly staff and they were always helpful in every way.
This is a relatively small property with 32 rooms as I recall and apparently all rooms are made and decorated differently.
There were several old and historical artifacts all over the property and hence it is known as the Museum Hotel.
One can see hundreds of hot air balloon sitting on the terrace area but the day we were there the flights were cancelled due to bad weather so we did not get to witness the view.
As this hotel is built within and around natural caves, the rooms are spread around and there is a fair bit of walking to do. We got a room pretty far away but we could manage the walk and the various stairs but it may get difficult for elderly people.
The Management also deserves full credit for their helpfulness. I had booked two rooms and had to cancel one as my daughter and son-in-law could not travel due to the death of a close family member. Even though the room was on a non-refundable basis, they agreed to give back the refund for their room. Many hotels would have probably charged for at least one night. I surely will opt for this hotel during my future visits.
