Pine Bay is fine for families with children, especially for those with kids below 10 years. Many small swimming pools, enough slides and playgrounds. The food was nice, there were even kids menu served in a special kids corners with small tables and chairs. The food was various, there had been organized different evening, the animation was nice and pleasant. The total number of swimming pools is about 13 so you will never miss water. The whole place is huge and there are very comfortable shuttles which can take you from one end to the other. The beach though is small and stony, the see, also. You can not enter the water without water slippers. The rooms were small for my expectations, but were cleaned every day by a very friendly staff.

After reading reviews I was unsure what to expect. I’m the type of person when I go on holiday I can’t sit in the holiday I have to get out and about. There is so much to do at pine bay you could easily stay in the resort for the week . I went with my husband and 3 children 2, 5 &7 all of us enjoyed our holiday there’s something for all age groups it is definitely a family resort. There is food for most even the fussiest of people great choice and something different every night. The only downside is the resorts a bit hilly but there are golf buggy’s around to give you lifts and the children’s entertainment starts late but is great. Staff our lovely and helpful. I stayed in a bungalow which isn’t as nicely furnished as the hotel itself. I would definitely go back.

It was amazing and really nice to be back here..I used to work here like 20 years ago and till then hotel get much more bigger and better.. Specially for my kids there was always something and really big-nice-clean swimming area. Service staff was kind, helpfull and do their best.( Specially Barman Ayhan- Rest.Mng.Candan- and girl from Turkish Coffee Cafe).. What a wondefull view from Chinese / Turkish and Marina Restaurant.. Food could be better,i know how hard they work but so luxe menu-food must be prepared better.I felt (every single time)like i eat in a Ala Carte Restaurant and thats why i was especting much better maybe.. Entertainment was average but more than i especting from a ALL-In CLUSIVE HOTEL..Mainly i would like to say that : Was a great holiday( Best One in Last 5 years) and for that, thaks to everyone( staff ). Im quite sure everyone going to think like me and enjoy this great hotel and weather..

There’s lots to do in this fantastic hotel. We stayed in a bungalow (room 425) which is on an incline. If you don’t feel like walking there are shuttles that will take you to your room. Our room was very spacious and the kids had their own bedroom. The bathroom was clean and overall the room was to a high standard. There are safety deposit boxes in the room which are free of charge and easy to use.

There are 3 outdoor pools, a kids pool plus an indoor pool. The slides were very fun! There was no need to reserve sunbeds first thing in the morning as there is plenty of beds to choose from around the pools and beach. The beach is a stones throw away. There was w wide choice of water sports available, kayaking was free and the others were reasonably priced. We did the banana boat and parasailing. There is a pool bar and a beach bar, the beach bar was where we are during the day which is where you would find burger, pizza and chips.

The restaurant was to a very night standard. There was s wide choice of food available, and it was the best food I’ve ever had abroad. There was plenty of choice for the kids too. Sometimes I found the waiters and waitresses didn’t always approach you for drinks, but they’re there for you to approach.

The entertainment staff were brilliant. There was lots of activities available to participate in if you wanted to and the team would try and involve everyone. There was s mini disco every night for the kids, then afterwards was the entertainment. Twice during my weeks stay there was karaoke, which felt like it was an afterthought. That said it was still fun!

There is free wifi in the hotel and pool area. The signal was fast and strong. It’s not available in the bungalows.

Overall this is a fantastic hotel in a lovely location. I’m looking to return to this hotel next year. My rating is 10/10!

Have just returned from pine bay having spent 10 days there, weather was good, the resort massive, took a while to get used to it. Indoor pool was inside the main building, plenty of places to relax, bars scattered around the resort. Buffet resturant inside was quite small, outside to sit much better, but some areas was for smoking not nice when other people were eating. Flies, bees and nats everywhere, bees were the worst at breakfast they were landing on the food. The resort was clean, and the staff was always busy. Now the accommodation was not what I expected, it was plain and basic, when we arrived I thought that we had an upstairs and down, was I wrong we had the ground floor which had a little tiny patio, walked in it was clean, bathroom floor had water all over it, the light switch cover came off when turning it on and off, heard the neighbours the whole time above and to the side of us. Theres no hospitality tray which I was annoyed about, so if you wanted a hot drink during early hours you had to go to reception and your all inclusive stops after midnight, then you have to pay for any of your drinks. Our thomas cook rep Natalie, we mentioned about the kettle and she managed to us one to use for the rest of our stay, ( take a kettle) We found the resort full of kids they were everywhere, also its a noisey resort, well thats what I found but others might not see it the way I do. They have buggys that take you from A to B on the resort, it was like being on a formula one race track, dont get me wrong the resort is lovely with beautiful views, its just those things I’ve mentioned that let the resort down, if I return I will choose the hotel accommodation next time.
