i Stayed in the hotel from 26th December till 2nd January , At first when i entered it lacked the look of Ramada… Small Lobby , Small rooms the look was not very appealing. The lifts were very small and hardly had the capacity to accomodate 3 persons. The rooms were small , i was accompanied with two infants .. the staff was more than happy to upgrade me to a deluxe room. The staff specially Mr. Erdogan , at the Front desk, Bell Boy Salim and Sales Manager Ozlem were exceptoinally helpful in everything possible. At times i felt the Mr Erdogan went out of the norms and way to help me. I had to change some currency, Mr Erdogan was more than helpful to send me with the Bell Boy Mr Salim in his car which was something i never expected but was delighted to have witnessed. Over all as far as the infrastructure and facilities are available its more of a 3.5 star hotel but the staff makes it a ” 5 Star” …

Staying on Ramada was amaaazing! This hotel is very clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. Both metro and tramway stations are near the hotel. Walking from there to blue mosque or Aya Sofia takes only 20 minutes.
The stuff is really nice, especially Selim and Erdogan.
When I was there I had a toothache and couldn’t sleep, I called the reception and Erdogan came. He called a taxi which took me to hospital then to pharmacy. When I was back he asked if I was ok, I said yes then he said something that I’ll never forget, he said “Now I’m happy that you’re okay”. He touched me a lot! Thanks Erdogan for everything that you did, you’re just amazing! ❤️

Nice hotel having a good location close to many attractions and transportation.
Standard rooms are small but very neat and clean. Washrooms are excellent.
Most of the staff speaks good english and is very helpful/cooperative.
Excellent choice for both business & leisure travellers.

Just return from a week at the hotel where the vast majority of staff were excellent. On check in requested a high floor set of rooms to which a blanket no was given. On booking a trip a general bit of confusion over payment ensured after I had stated I wished to pay by credit card. In sorting this out I was told by the lady who checked us in that I would have to withdraw cash to pay. Surprisingly speaking to other staff I was able to pay by credit card, this one member of staff needs more tuition in customer service to match the standards of her Co workers.
Restaurant was a very good price and the chef created a great atmosphere by cooking in view of our table.
The sauna and jacuzzi we used most days and we’re very clean and we’ll maintained.
Salim the bell boy was very helpful and kind in helping with our needs.
All in all a great weeks holiday where the actions on one did not spoil our stay.
As we travel several times a year to Istanbul we would look to staying here again in the future.
