The hotel is located below the hill Pamukkale. It consists of several pavilions. The rooms are simple but spacious. In the pavilions no elevator although it has three floors and is difficult if you have a lot of luggage. The food is good and varied choice. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools. A special flavor at a lounge bar next to the reception where the welcome atmosphere. The huge fireplace provides a real home atmosphere where with the sounds of evergreens can relax. Near the hotel there are no stores. The staff is friendly and attentive.Wi fi is free but not very good.

I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the reviews. But it’s quite a good one. It’s a short drive away from the famous travertines. The rooms are warm and spacious. An indoor pool is also a plus. A tip though- the hotel does not provide complimentary water in your room, so buy a few from the local shops beforehand.

The hotel as such is normal standard but the pool and spa is fantastic. It is very close to travertine terraces and you have a beautiful view of them..Don’t miss to take a bath in the natural heated pool that is supposed to be very healthy.
I recommend this hotel for at least two nights for a good rest after exploring the Travertine terraces.

Stayed for one night only at this luxury spa hotel. Five minutes from ancient city of hieropolis and hot springs. Fascinating for lovers of ancient history.
Hotel is luxurious with spacious rooms and good facilities. Rooms have bath tub with hot water from mineral springs.
Spa well equipped and clean with charming staff, many of whom speak good English. I had a massage which was reasonably priced and very thorough. A very good experience but not gentle and relaxing!
Food typical Turkish buffet with reasonable choice and good quality. Staff helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Stayed one night on tour of Turkey everything seemed in order. Clean rooms with air
condition . A very good layout of food. There is no lift and although there are bell boys
who were busy with others Its a very long way up to the 3rd floor.

The staff are very pleasant and worked hard. The hotel is very near the Pamukkale rock pools ( I strongly recommend that you visit them – very relaxing and different). The meal was buffet style and good. The hotel offers several pools (the two indoor ones are a little small). The shower in the bathroom went very hot and then cold. Also, I felt that the bathroom needed upgrading and the sauna and services such as a massage were a little over-priced. Overall, a good hotel.

i would have given this a five if the blocks had lifts. fine if you are on the ground floor, but otherwise you have to cart your cases up and down the stairs. stunning views of pamukkale if you have a room at the back, and also balloons launching in the morning. we had a double aspect room. huge, nicely furnished, clean, great bathroom. good buffet food and nice staff. i would love to stay here again. i had a foot massage which i enjoyed but was more of a leg stroke! belly dancer entertainer in the evening was v good.
